The vibe didn't disappoint--stunning decor, a chill atmosphere, and a sunset backdrop that felt straight out of a postcard. It was a Monday evening, so no crowds, and I was greeted right away at the bar. Food // Meatballs (mini kebab meatballs & tzatziki) *** The pita was a highlight--warm, soft, and delicious. But the tzatziki was too much and lacked flavor, and the meatballs, while decent, were small and a bit overcooked. Not terrible, but not something I'd get again to be honest. Drink // Bar - Bees *** This was very tasty and was perfectly balanced with a subtle sweetness and a refreshing citrus kick that made it super easy to drink. I'd definitely come back to try a full dinner, the sunset was magical, and the atmosphere is perfect for happy hour moment. ”

“ If there's one restaurant I'd recommend for someone visiting Miami, it's Astra. The rooftop view of the city is absolutely breathtaking, and the atmosphere is consistently vibrant, with live DJs bringing the vibes and delicious Mediterranean food and cocktails to enjoy. It's the ideal location for a birthday celebration or a romantic date. The only downside is that there is only street parking, but I've rarely had trouble finding a spot. ”

“ Always love a good roof top bar and this one is so nice. If you want to take cute aesthetic Instagram pictures check this place out. We went really early one day when they first opened just to check it out and we would really like to try the food and check out the night life. The food and the inspo of this place is Greek and they have a nice selection on the menu. One really unique thing about this place is that they have a photographer that comes around and takes pictures of each table and they come back with the frames with the pictures printed out. This would be really nice if you were visiting Astra for a special occasion. We just tried a couple drinks that was on the happy hour menu. ”

“ Happy Hour : We came to astra for the Monday night happy hour . For those that doesn't know happy hour is all night on Mondays . They have a few good bites on happy hour . I recommend the meatballs as my favorite happy hour dish on the menu . Favorite cocktail on the happy hour menu is the sunset in Mykonos. Although we were under the impression that it was 18% gratuity and it was on the menu u as such . It was actually 21% Server : Milli was our server at the bar who had good vibes ”

“ I had a great time at Astra the other night with some friends. We took advantage of some of their food and drink specials while partaking and soaking in the views. The first thing I must say though is that I am a huge fan of the décor and construction of this establishment. When you walk in you can see painted butterflies on the walls and a window from the 3rd floor bar lobby that shows a mini-view of the nearby Wynwood area. While I thought Astra was a bit higher up I was still amazed at the great views of the city in the distance (it was a bit after sunset) and the way everything was organized. The tables were a comfortable distance form one another and there were sp many places to sit! I can't imagine the restaurant ever gets full but a perfect spot for both energetic/lively and intimate settings We ordered pure lychee juice, a virgin mojito and a bottle of sparkling water for drinks; the meatballs and calamari for the drinks. I wish the classes wouldn't have been plastic because it slightly dimmed such a regal setting. The drinks were good as well but I was a tad surprised they were $10 each when there wasnt a lick of alcohol. The food was scrumptious with the meatballs being served in a row of four with arugula and pitas and the calamari was really good too being lightly fried and served with a lite tzaziki. The service was alright but what blew me away the most was, once again, the views and layout of the restaurant. The bar is placed in the middle of the roof enclosed in a gazebo and there is a DJ station around the corner with a plethora of plants and huge trees that really gives that Miami vibe we strive for living down here. Definitely will be back! ”
